Both the loan officer and the processor were fantastically efficient and communicated very precisely and timely, enabling everyone involved to get their piece of the job done. You guys stepped into a very difficult situation, SURPASSING any expectations and beating an insane deadline by 5 days!!! All this after picking up the pieces from a horrible experience with another mortgage company who had entirely dropped the ball and you knocked it out of the park, absolutely incredible. You saved my client from being in breach of contract and hemorrhaging money on a hotel for their large family. I cannot thank you enough for saving the day for everyone.
