My loan officer(Steve Vetter) was never far from my file during the entire process which was a bit involved for me since It was my first investment property.
Thanks to Steve who was there to clarify, guide and even reassure me. He was available through all means of communication( even text messages). I remember reach out even on weekends, can’t even mentioned how many times I reach out to him after hours.
I’m really thankful to him and his teams. He even called me directly to announce me that my loan was clear to close; amazing customer service skill.
