Steve wasn't bad to work with, but the rest of his team was the problem. We felt treated like a number rather than human beings. E-mails were not personal or responsive. It was also very frustrating that it took so long to get the final closing disclosure especially since we specifically asked that we receive the final amount due in time to get a certified check mailed from our out of town bank. We ultimately had to use the less secure method of wiring the funds the day prior.
